The nine holes in its delivery arm ensure that the water is dispersed in the grind, allowing it to act on the entire surface of the coffee and guaranteeing optimal brewing.   

Temperature  

Moccamaster's copper heating element ensures an optimal brewing temperature between 92 and 96 °C, which  guarantees an ideal balance between sweet and bitter.  

Its intelligent heating plate preheats the carafe before brewing and maintains the heat proportional to the amount of beverage in the carafe for up to 45 minutes, adapting the temperature so it doesn’t burn the coffee.
