The only method that gives cream (those with capsules are also considered express method because they work with pressure). A uniform, consistent and hazelnut cream shows that an espresso is well made.
It is the method in which the grind is most important (very fine). Too fine: it does not come out coffee or it makes it very concentrated. Too thick: watery and no cream. Take into account that you have to present the coffee. Short, concentrated and dense drink. Perfect for after eating.

We recommend disposable paper filter instead of the fixed one (metal mesh or nylon) that many coffee makers bring. Add the amount of coffee to taste and do not press.
Long, light drink. Perfect for large mugs, to enjoy a long coffee (for example on a Sunday morning reading the newspaper). Or for breakfast accompanied by toast, muffins, etc. Social cafe, perfect for visits because you can prepare the cups you want.

The water up to the valve. The coffee is filled to the top, flat and without pressing.
The fire strong but not to the maximum, lower it a lot when it begins to rise and remove it from the fire as soon as it finishes. Dense, strong drink.
Perfect for medium cups and to drink with milk. Accompanying it with a pastita is a good idea.

It is recommended to heat the coffee maker with water before using it. After adding the hot water to the coffee, let it rest for about 3 minutes. Lower the plunger slowly.
Long, light drink
Perfect for travel as you only need to heat water in a fire or microwave.
