This thyme honey comes from the Spanish Levante, directly from the honeycomb, without undergoing any treatment. Light amber in color, with reddish reflections. Very intense and persistent aroma with clear phenolic components. It is characterized by its sweet flavor, with acidic notes being a healthy natural sweetener. It has a low tendency to crystallize due to its richness in fructose and low humidity.
Indicated in respiratory conditions of an inflammatory type such as pharyngitis, colds and whooping cough.
Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Due to its great purity with cold it can solidify. If you prefer liquid, heat in a water bath.
