The Professional Aroma Grinder ensures the ideal grind result, while the latest brewing processes allow the full development of coffee aromas. Trendy specialties are prepared better than ever thanks to a smooth, dense milk foam. The innovative E8 masters 17 different specialties, from a rich, aromatic espresso to the popular cortado. Even longer, milder drinks such as Caffè Barista and Lungo Barista are prepared perfectly—just like in a café.
A new hydraulic system prepares these drinks according to long-standing barista traditions. For those who prefer stronger beverages, the Extra Shot function adds an extra boost to specialties like Cappuccino, Flat White, or Latte Macchiato.
The latest-generation hydraulic system also enables automatic cleaning of the milk system at the touch of a button—another feature typically found in JURA’s premium series. The E8 also stands out for its even simpler and more intuitive operation.

Luxury even in operation
A 2.8-inch color display, six buttons, and a completely new operating concept with artificial intelligence make the machine extremely easy to use. An intelligent algorithm recognizes individual user preferences and displays two or four personal favorites among the specialties on the home screen.
You can customize product settings, adjust their position on the display, and even show or hide product names. All relevant information about the coffee machine and upcoming maintenance reminders are displayed in the screen’s configuration menu.
One-touch milk system cleaning
The milk system cleaning process runs automatically at the press of a button and takes only a moment. The drip tray is also designed for maximum ergonomics: its structure prevents water from spilling and it can be removed easily with one hand.
