We found this exceptional coffee in a small municipality in the Colombian Andes, El Tambo, located 2,200 m. altitude, whose coffee plantations are the highest cultivated in the world. There, a cooperative of small producers selects the best beans, they clean, wash and dry them in the sun, producing only 250 bags a year from Supremo Nariño El Tambo, a coffee with its own name.

Its delicious aroma and flavor, full, balanced and with pleasant floral tones conquered us from the beginning. Light and smooth on the palate.

It is suitable for all coffee makers and to drink alone or with a little milk.

Washed Arabica Natural Coffee.

A coffee with a lot of personality, its aroma and flavor are unmistakable.

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, where the Arabica coffee tree grows wild. The word "Coffee" comes from the Ethiopian city of Kaffa. It is a coffee with an excellent grain, with a very characteristic flavor and an unmistakable and intoxicating aroma.

It is best appreciated on its own, although it is also very rich with milk.

Grown on the main island of Indonesia, at 1,200 m. in the volcanic region of Jampit. It is balanced, with low acidity, spicy notes and a cocoa background. It is very pleasant to all palates.

It can be taken alone or with milk and in all coffee machines, we are captivated in express preparation or in Italian.

The immense New Guinea, the island of birds, a giant of mountain ranges and impregnable jungles where tribes still live without contact with the outside world. A green lung in the Pacific Ocean, the island with the greatest biodiversity of flora on the planet. 

In the eastern part of the island are the Eastern Highlands, the most remote coffee-growing area on the island. Here, coffee is grown in tiny family plots, coffee gardens in the shade of tropical trees. Seeds are grown using nutrients from the volcanic soil and fallen leaves from the trees as fertiliser. Natural and organic crops, processed by hand and dried in the sun. 

Our Papua is spectacular. By applying a slow roast at medium temperature, we obtain a well-balanced coffee with a creamy, caramelised body and sweet aroma. Its flavour is intense, with herbal and citrusy tropical fruit notes, with a long and delicious aftertaste. Tremendously addictive. 

If you want to indulge in its aroma and tropical notes, try it neat and prepared in filtered or infused methods. If you like it with milk you are in luck, its creamy body combines perfectly, and if you want to enhance its wild side, calibrate a good espresso, Fanatic.

The winding, exotic Malawi—landlocked yet rich in rivers and embraced by the waters of the great lake that gives the country its name. Coffee cultivation began here with a single plant brought by a British missionary in 1880. Today, Malawi boasts a small but select coffee production, offering some of Africa’s finest specialty beans—rare and highly sought after.

Our microlot comes from Ngapani, in the Mangochi region, and is cultivated and processed at the specialized Sable Farms estate. This farm is Rainforest Alliance certified, prioritizing environmental conservation in every stage of production. Grown at 1,200 meters above sea level in a subtropical climate, it features the renowned Bourbon, Catimor, and the native Nyasa varieties. Cherry selection is done entirely by hand, followed by traditional washing and fermentation with mucilage-covered beans submerged in water for 12 hours. The beans are then sun-dried on raised African beds with perforated bases for optimal airflow. The result: screen size 16 beans—small, yet full of flavor.

Using a medium-light roast, we achieve a coffee with a soft cocoa-like aroma, a clean and balanced flavor with light sweetness, moderate acidity, and citrus notes that intensify as it cools. The body is creamy and well-defined, leaving a pleasant and lasting aftertaste. We especially enjoy it cold—refresh yourself with this vibrant brew.
