Pu-erh Red Tea

Pu-erh grows in the Chinese region of Yunnan (former province of Pu-ehr, hence its name). It is produced through a traditional process and completely different from other fermented teas.

Its fundamental difference with respect to other teas is that it undergoes a subsequent maturation process, which is why it has been called post-fermented tea and from this process its characteristic coppery color both in the leaf and in the infusion. For this reason it is also known as Red Tea.

Earthy aroma, almost smoky, that cannot be compared to any other tea.

It has always been present in the oriental diet, providing daily care to prevent diseases and improve the state of our body both internally and externally.
